Here are answers to some common questions. 
  • What are your business hours?

    We  are open for business during normal working hours 8 am - 5 pm . If you require assistance outside of these hours please either email:

    hello@amhac.com.au or leave a message in the chatbot. We will endeavour to return all messages within 24 hours. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept  Visa and Mastercard.  

    We offer a weekly payment plan that will suit your  requirements. 

    We welcome a conversation to discuss your personal requirements. 

  • Can I get a full refund?

    For our refund policy, please refer to our Student Handbook.

  • Do I have my own learning coach?

    Yes . You will be assigned your own learning coach who  will set up an agreed schedule with you  for regular contact. 

  • How long do I have to complete each unit?

    There is an agreed training plan with due dates. For any extensions to the due dates they must be received at least one week in advance.  Any agreements to extension of due dates will be considered on a case by case basis.

  • How long does it take to complete the course?

    Usually it will take approximately 12 months. There is a combined self paced learning in our Learn Centre and scheduled live facilitated training sessions. 


  • Do I have to attend the scheduled live fortnightly facilitated training sessions?

    Yes. You must attend all live facilitated training sessions. We expect all our students to successfully complete our courses. 

  • What does 'lived experiences' mean?
